I am a Yoga and Meditation teacher accredited by The Yoga Alliance.
My classes are a grounding and nurturing mixture of gentle vinyasa flow, pranayama and meditation designed to reconnect mind, body and breath. I invite you to listen to what your body needs in movement and stillness - both on and off the mat and to remove comparison and ego, becoming fully present and mindful of your own journey; to recognise your own self-worth and step into your own power.
To me, Yoga is about finding what feels right in YOUR body. I would love to guide you to discover or re-discover your love of yoga as my teachers have done for me.
